the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the location was excellent, with easy access to the metro stations and centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The rooftop pool was smaller than expected and could only accommodate a few people at a time. the gym was small and outdated, not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient and pleasant location, making it easy to explore the city.
